EventFull Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the EventFull platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Services Provided

EventFull provides a platform for venues and promoters to list events, take payments , and access advanced data analytics. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Platform or any part of it without notice.

3. User Accounts

• Registration: To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Fees

• Fees: EventFull may charge fees for certain services. All fees are disclosed at the time of purchase and are subject to change. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

• Stripe Integration: All payments processed through the Platform are handled by Stripe. By using Stripe, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms and conditions.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm or disrupt others or the Platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Posting false or misleading information

• Engaging in fraudulent activities

• Violating the rights of others

• Distributing harmful software or viruses

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EventFull or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
